1. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United Statesonly. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
2. Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $75! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the threshold. The most economical shipping option will be selected for free shipping orders.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your candy arrives in perfect condition. During warmer months, we may include additional protective packaging for heat-sensitive items. If you have concerns about temperature during shipping, we recommend selecting a faster shipping method.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candy and food items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
