Where is your store located?
We're located in Carlton, Minnesota! Check our About page for directions and store hours. We'd love to see you in person.
Do you ship nationwide?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship internationally at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on your order's weight, size, and destination. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before paying. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by shipping method: Standard (5–7 days), Priority (2–3 days), or Express (1–2 days).
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the perishable nature of candy, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. In-store, we accept cash and card.
Will my candy melt during shipping?
We package all orders carefully. During warmer months, we may use additional protective packaging. For heat-sensitive items, we recommend choosing a faster shipping method.
Do you offer gift boxes or custom orders?
Yes! We have curated gift boxes available in our shop. For custom or bulk orders, please reach out through our contact page and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly with the carrier.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Absolutely! Our candy store in Carlton, MN has over 500 unique candies to choose from. We also have a candy truck that appears at local events around Minnesota.
